Applications for funding of projects may be submitted on the attached application form. Applications should be in writing and at the very least, the following information must be provided and the supporting documents attached:

• A broad overview of the applicant and the proposed project which should include:
• Background of the applicant
• Detail on the expected outputs and social return that will be derived from the investment in clear and measurable terms
• An explanation of the ongoing monitoring and review process that will be followed, and
• The long term sustainability of the project and evidence of its ability to manage itself
• A copy of the applicant’s constitution or trust deed
• Documented proof of the applicant’s registration details, its tax status and banking details
• Names of the persons on the applicant’s board or committee
• Copy of latest annual report and audited financial statements
• The budget for the project to be funded
• The overall budget of the applicant itemising expected income and expenditure in the year ahead
• Details of other donors supporting the applicant and the level of support
• The demographic details of the beneficiaries in order that the company may evaluate the project’s contribution to its transformation requirements, and
• A proposal on the extent of employee involvement in the project
